Obsession

So, based on my deep rooted dislike of vampires, I have resisted reading the Twilight series by Stephanie Meyer. Until this week. Everyone loves it and a movies is coming out about it, and I did like Buffy the Vampire Slayer . . . So, Karen lent me her books. I've been reading them obsessively ever since. I am completely distracted from everything else.

Ironically, the obsessiveness of the characters annoys me. And, a couple of other things, but I've been sucked in. I'm craving a happy ending so much. I hear tell that the fourth book gives us a happy ending, but at a terrible price. I'm reading as fast as I can!

So much for my Olympic obsession.
