Tonight I made Potato Leek Soup which was beautifully simple and very tasty. Water, leeks, potatoes, salt and a mix of veggies simmered, then a dash of cream stirred in. Viola!

Then, tonight, I turned it out into a floured dishtowel to raise a second time --
Then baked it cooled it --
And ate it! A nice hard crust with a wonderfully soft middle. I'm going for a second slice now.
